Ingredients
Cauliflower:

Instructions
1. Let the cashews soak in hot water for 30 minutes.
2. Cut the cauliflower into pieces and bake for half an hour at 350ºF.
3. Let cool at room temperature for 10 minutes.
4. Process the cauliflower, with the plant-based milk and lemon juice, until you get a creamy consistency.
5. In a pot, cook the pasta al dente. The cooking time depends on the pasta and the manufacturer, look at the packaging.
6. Mix the pasta with the sauce and add spices to taste.
