Ingredients

Vegetable mix:
Avocado:
Pasta:
Soy yogurt:
Vegan parmesan:
Ketchup:

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1 unit
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1.5 fl oz / 50 ml
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. Cook, in a pot, the pasta of your choice. The cooking time is on each manufacturer's packaging.
2. In a bowl, put the pasta and vegetable mix.
3. On the other hand, process the avocado, with the Parmesan, vegetable yogurt, tomato sauce and spices of your choice.
4. Add the avocado mayonnaise to the salad.
5. Mix well.
