Basil:
Pasta:
Vegan parmesan:
Pistachios:

8 oz / 250 gr.
7 oz / 200 gr.
2.5 / 75 gr.

5.5 fl oz / 160 ml

Instructions

1. Pasta should be cooked al dente in a pot. Take a look at the packaging; the cooking time varies depending on the pasta and the manufacturer.
2. In a frying pan over medium-low heat, cut the tomatoes in half and brown them with a little vegetable oil.
3. Process the garlic, pistachios, basil, Parmesan, and olive oil in a hand blender glass until smooth.
4. After the pasta is cooked, add a few tablespoons of the cooking water to the pan along with the pasta.
5. Add the sauce you prepared in the hand blender glass after that.
6. After turning off the heat, carefully stir everything until well combined.
