Papaya cake

Ingredients

Vegan milk:
Oatmeal:
Banana:
Papaya:
Nuts butter:

2 fl oz / 60 ml
4 tablespoon
1 unit
1 teaspoon
2 slices
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the oats and baking powder. Using a hand blender, combine till you have flour.
2. Next, combine the banana and vegetable milk. Beat until the cake dough has formed.
3. Pour the mixture into the mold, followed by a layer of sliced papaya and nut cream. Pour in the rest of the mixture, the remaining papaya, and the nut cream.
4. Put the mold in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 200°C/390ºF.
5. Allow it to rest at room temperature.
