Instructions
1. Peel the onions and cut them into slices; Separate the onion rings.
2. In a bowl, mix 1/4 of water and 1/4 cup of chickpea flour.
3. In another bowl, mix 3/4 cup of chickpea flour with the rest of the ingredients. Add cayenne pepper to taste.
4. Coat the onion rings by passing them first through the water-flour mixture and then through the other mixture.
5. Place them on a greased baking sheet and bake them over medium heat for 25 min.
