Ingredients

Oat flour:
Almond flour:
Dehydrated dates:
Olive oil:
Blueberries:
Vainilla:

2.5 oz / 75 gr.
2.5 oz / 75 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1 fl oz / 25 ml
1/2 cup
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
2. Everything should be thoroughly mixed and mashed into a dough.
3. Form the dough into a ball with wet hands, put it between two baking sheets, and roll it out with a rolling pin.
4. Next, using a knife, shape the biscuits into a ball, stretch the excess, and repeat.
5. Bake for eight minutes at 200°C/390ºF in a preheated oven.
