Oatmeal and cocoa pancakes

Ingredients
Oat flour:
Cocoa powder:
Vegan milk:
10 gr.
3 gr.
1 fl oz / 30 ml
Instructions
1. In a bowl, put the oats and cocoa.
2. Add a splash of milk and mix until you get a doughy texture; If you see that more milk is required, add it a little at a time.
3. Knead for a few seconds until everything is well integrated.
4. Make small balls and then flatten them with a rolling pin.
5. Cook in a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil well distributed (so they don't stick); cook them on both sides until they are ready.
