Instructions
1. Put the pan over medium heat with a little coconut oil.
2. Add the apple, cut into cubes, and cinnamon.
3. Mix well.
4. In a microwave-safe bowl, add oatmeal to taste and just over a cup of plant-based milk.
5. Mix it well and microwave for 1 minute.
6. Remove it and add the yogurt and top the apple with the cinnamon.
