Nigiri stuffing

Ingredients

Tofu:
Rice for sushi:
Sesame seeds:
Garlic powder:
Onion powder:
Nutritional yeast:
Lemon:
Olive oil:

7 oz / 200 gr.

4 tablespoons

Instructions

1. In three cups of water with a dash of salt, bring the rice to a boil until it becomes tender and absorbs the water.
2. To cool, transfer it to a bowl. Set it aside.
3. Brown the sesame seeds in a pan while stirring to prevent burning. Set it aside.
4. Combine the oil, lemon juice, garlic, yeast, and onion in a blender.
5. Beat vigorously until creamy.
6. Combine the reserved rice with the cream and thoroughly stir.
7. Make a well in the center with a tablespoon of rice and your wet hands.
8. After adding a tofu slice, shut.
9. Give it an onigiri, or triangular, shape (or balls, as preferred)..
10. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
11. Continue until all the rice is used.
