Mushroom pâte

Ingredients

Garlic:
Onion:
Mushrooms:
Paprika:
Dried oregano:
Almond flour:
Agar-Agar:

Instructions

1. Apply a small amount of olive oil to a frying pan and brown the garlic.
2. Incorporate the onion (chopped into cubes).
3. Slice the mushrooms and add them to the onion once it has become transparent. Cook until the mushrooms are soft.
4. Add the oregano, smoke seasoning (if using), paprika, and a dash of pepper.
5. Remove the ingredients and transfer them to the hand blender's bowl after two minutes.
6. Stir in the almonds, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup water, and agar agar.
7. Until combined, thoroughly whisk. Return the prepared food to the heat.
8. Stirring constantly, cook for three minutes.
9. When it's smooth, allow it to cool before putting it in a covered container.
10. Keep it chilled.
