Millet with mushrooms

Vegetable soup:

Curry powder:

Lemon:

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
10 fl oz / 300 ml
3 cloves
1/4 unit
1/2 unit
1 cup
2 teaspoons
2 teaspoons
2 sprigs
1/2 unit

Instructions

1. Finely chop the garlic and add it to a frying pan with a little oil to brown.
2. Cook the chopped onion for two minutes after adding a small pinch of salt.
3. After two minutes, add the chopped pepper and continue cooking.
4. When the mushrooms release their water, add them and cook.
5. Stir in the spices after adding them.
6. After adding the parsley, cook it for one minute.
7. Add the well-washed and drained millet.
8. When there is no more liquid, cook the mixture for ten to fifteen minutes after adding the water or broth.
9. Squeeze in a little lemon juice to serve the mixture.
