Ingredients

Melon:
Chocolate:
Almonds:

1/2 unit
1 unit
1 cup

Instructions

1. Peel the melon, cut it into small pieces and put it in the freezer while you prepare the rest.
2. Chop the almonds and toast them in an oil-free frying pan until they start to brown.
3. Melt the chocolate (if you have coconut oil and put a teaspoon, it will harden better, but it's not necessary).
4. Once the chocolate is melted, add the toasted almonds.
5. Take the melon pieces out of the freezer and dip them in chocolate; Put them on a baking paper or greased container and put them in the fridge for at least half an hour.
