Protein powder:
Chocolate chips:

Instructions

1. In a bowl, put the queso fresco or yogurt, protein, chocolate chips and caramel flavoring (optional).
2. Mix well.
3. Dip the pancakes halfway in the mixture.
4. Put them in a container and put them in the freezer for 4 hours.
