Ingredients

Lentils:
Vegetable mix:
Vegan cheese:
Fried tomato sauce:

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
2 oz / 60 gr.
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
1 oz / 30 gr.

Instructions

1. Give the lentils an hour to soak in hot water.
2. Use 3.5 fl oz of water to mash the lentils.
3. Shape the pizza 'dough' and bake at 375ºF for 15 minutes.
4. Once that time has passed, take the pizza out and top it with some fried tomatoes, the vegetable mixture, grated vegan cheese, and any additional toppings you like.
5. Bake at 190ºC/375ºF for an additional 7 minutes.
