Oat flour:
Protein powder:
Baking powder:
Lemon:
Soy yogurt:
Vegan milk:

1 oz / 20 gr.
1 oz / 20 gr.
3 gr.
1 unit
1.5 oz / 50 ml
1.5 oz / 50 ml

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and protein powder.
2. Next, add and integrate the yogurt, the vegetable milk of your choice, and the lemon zest. You can add the sweetener of your preference.
3. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe container (greased with margarine or vegetable oil).
4. Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
5. Let it rest at room temperature. You can sprinkle with protein powder.
