Egg whites:
Oat flour:
Lemon:
Coconut oil:
Chocolate:
4 fl oz / 125 ml
7 fl oz / 200 ml
2 oz / 50 gr.

Instructions
1. Whisk the yogurt, Egg whitess, flour, and zest of lemon together in a bowl. To taste, add flavoring and sweetener.
2. Transfer the blend into a mold (greased). After adding the chocolate chunks, microwave for eight to ten minutes.
3. After removing, coat with coconut oil-diluted chocolate couverture.
