Ingredients

Protein powder:
Soy yogurt:
Lemon:
Zucchini:

1 oz / 30 gr.
4 fl oz / 125 ml
1 unit
9 oz / 280 gr.

Instructions

1. Wash and peel the zucchini.
2. Cut it into small pieces and freeze it.
3In a bowl, mix the protein with the yogurt"
4. Add the lemon zest and zucchini.
5. Crushes very well.
6. Pour the mixture into a mold and place in the freezer.
