Ingredients

Coconut milk:
Maple syrup:
Lemon:

13.5 fl oz / 400 ml
2 fl oz / 60 ml
2 units

Instructions

1. In a bowl, put the pulp of the two lemons and the zest of the peel of one of them.
2. Add the coconut milk, maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
3. Whisk very well until completely integrated.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
5. After this time, remove and beat again.
6. It'll be ready when you get an ice cream-like consistency.
