Ingredients

Wheat flour:
Green pepper:
Purple onion:
Red pepper:
Cayenne:
Textured pea:

16 oz / 450 gr.

1/2 teaspoon
2 oz / 50 gr.

Instructions

1. Dice all the vegetables and put them in a bowl.
2. Add the cayenne, a little salt, pepper and other spices to taste.
3. Mix very well and integrate the protein. Set aside.
4. In a bowl, mix the flour with 10 fl oz / 300 ml of warm water and a teaspoon of salt.
5. Knead for a couple of minutes and divide into four portions.
6. Roll out each portion with a rolling pin until thin.
7. Place the portions on a plate, add some of the vegetables on top and bake for 15 minutes at 170ºC/340ºF.
