1. Whip the Egg whites until stiff.
2. Mix with egg and sweetener to taste.
3. Beats very well.
4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
5. It integrates the whole preparation very well.
6. Pour the preparation into a mold.
7. Microwave at 500 watts for 5 or 6 minutes.
8. Cut into portions and then, cut each portion in half horizontally so you can fill them later.
9. For the filling, melt the white chocolate together with the coconut oil.
10. Add the cream cheese.
