Flax seeds:
Sesame seeds:
Vainilla:
Vegan milk:
White chocolate:
Coconut oil:

Instructions
1. In the blender bowl place the flax and sesame seeds.
2. Whisk well into a powder.
3. Add the vanilla and coconut milk.
4. Beat again integrating well. Set aside.
5. In a bowl place the bagasse of coconut milk and add the previous mixture.
6. Integrates well.
7. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C/350ºF.
8. Take portions of the mixture and form the cookies, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
9. Bake for 10 minutes.
10. Flip them over and bake for 10 more minutes.
11. While cooling, place the white chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl, mixing well.
12. Decorate the cookies with the chocolate mixture.
13. Store in the refrigerator until the chocolate cools.
