Instructions
1. In hot water with the soy sauce, hydrate the soy for a couple of minutes. Conserve water.
2. Cut the potatoes, carrot and onions into medium pieces.
3. Transfer the soybeans to a saucepan over medium heat, with a little oil, and brown evenly.
4. Add the potatoes, carrot and onions.
5. Add to the preparation, the water in which you hydrated the soybeans.
6. Pour in a little vinegar, a little oil and cover with water (if necessary).
7. Let cook for 10 minutes.
8. After this time, add the curry pills and stir very well.
9. Let cook for 10 more minutes, over medium heat and with a lid.
