Ingredients

Banana:
Agave syrup:
Soy yogurt:
Oatmeal:
Peanut butter powder:
Baking powder:
Chocolate:

1/2 unit
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1 unit
1 teaspoon
1/3 tablespoon
10 gr.

Instructions

1. Dice the ripe banana into small pieces in a bowl.
2. Pour in the sweetener or syrup.
3. Using a fork, combine and mash until pureed.
4. Stir in the vegan yogurt after adding it.
5. Stir in the baking powder, peanuts, and rolled oats.
6. Blend thoroughly until a cohesive dough is formed.
7. Take a small amount of the mixture and shape the biscuit with a spoon on a sheet of parchment paper.
8. Pour the dark chocolate into the center.
9. Use an air fryer at 200ºC/390ºF for 6 minutes.
10. Allow it to cool down at room temperature.
