Eggplants:

Instructions
1. Slice the eggplant.
2. Combine the egg, milk, and cornstarch in a container. To taste, season with salt and pepper. If you have turmeric powder on hand, that's even better.
3. Add a little olive oil to a frying pan and heat it for two minutes over medium-low heat.
4. After dipping the eggplants into the egg mixture, put them in the pan. Cook till golden brown on both sides.
5. After a couple of minutes, the eggplants should be cooked. Remove them from the heat and serve them by spreading honey on top.
