Ingredients
Plant-based Greek yogurt:
Oat flour:
Protein powder:
Baking powder:
7 oz / 220 gr.
4 oz / 115 gr.
1/2 oz / 15 gr.
5 gr.
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you get a consistent dough. You can also add seeds and spices of your preference.
2. Form the bagels and place them on a plate covered with parchment paper.
3. Add more seeds on top.
4. Put them in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 180ºC/355ºF.
