Instructions
1. Dice the pepper into tiny bits.
2. Shred the carrots, onion, and garlic.
3. Add all the vegetables to a frying pan with a little oil and saute until they are soft.
4. Put the tofu shreds in.
5. After adding the spices, cook for five minutes. To taste, add more salt and smoke essence.
6. Put a tsp of the filling in.
7. Finish by folding the front or all around to create a little bag, and repeat with the remaining wafers.
8. Put them in a frying pan with a small amount of oil so the bottoms can brown.
9. Add a glass of water, cover, and reduce the heat so they steam until there is no more liquid.
