Ingredients
Eggplants:
Fried tomato sauce:
Dairy whipped cream:
Fresh cheese:

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
Instructions
1. Cut the ends off the eggplants, and then cut them in half.
2. Make superficial cuts so that they absorb the other ingredients better.
3. Put them in a microwave-safe container. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with a little vegetable oil.
4. Put them in the microwave for 7 minutes.
5. Once that time has passed, remove them from the microwave and add the tomato, cream, and grated cheese to your liking.
6. Then return them to the microwave for two more minutes.
7. Be careful when removing the container because it will be hot. Let it rest at room temperature before serving.
