Lemon:

Instructions
1. Slice the ginger thinly and transfer to a bowl (it should have a lid).
2. Pour in one quart of water, the lemon juice, and the sweetener of your choice.
3. For three to four days, cover and store in a dark place (until bubbly).
4. Use a colander to transfer it to a different container.
5. It's ready for consumption. Place in the fridge.
