Ginger and lemon cookies

Ingredients

Oat flour:
Organic eggs:
Lemon:
Cinnamon:
Ginger powder:
Almond flour:
Baking powder:
Fresh cheese:
Cookie essence:

100 gr.
1 unit
1/2 unit
2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
10 gr.
2 gr.
20 gr.
10 gr.

Instructions

1. Grate the lemon peel and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you form a consistent dough.
3. Knead for 5 minutes and let stand.
4. 15 minutes later, knead again for another 5 minutes.
5. On a baking pan, shape the cookies.
6.Bake at 180°C/350ºF (top and bottom heat) for about 12 minutes.
