Banana:
Protein powder:
Soy yogurt:
Kiwi:
Nuts:
Tahini sauce:
Poppy seeds:

4 fl oz / 125 ml

1/2 cup
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Cut the banana into slices and put it in the bowl.
2. Add the protein and yogurt and blend until smooth.
3. Transfer the mixture to the bowl where you will assemble breakfast.
4. Add kiwi slices, walnuts and tahini; Finally, poppy seeds.
5. Put it in the fridge for 1 hour (if you prefer it cold and more refreshing).
