Ingredients

Greek yogurt:
Dairy milk:
Vanilla sweetener:
Xanthan gum:

10 fl oz. / 250 ml
6 fl oz / 180 ml
1/2 teaspoon
3 gr.

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until completely integrated.
2. Take the mixture to the freezer for a couple of hours.
3. Remove and add pieces of cookie, fruit or chocolate.
