Figs dipped in chocolate

Ingredients

Figs:
Almonds:
Chocolate:
Almond flour:
Coconut oil:

1 oz / 25 gr.

Instructions

1. Toast the almonds in a frying pan over medium heat without oil, stirring almost non-stop, so they don't overdo it.
2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the coconut oil.
3. Open all the figs and put a toasted almond in each one"
4. With all the stuffed figs and melted chocolate, dip the figs in chocolate and coat them in the almond flour and place them on baking paper or a silicone sheet (or in any case, in a container greased with butter).
5. Wait for the outer layer of chocolate to harden and put it in the fridge for 2 hours (bring it to the fridge is optional, depending on whether you prefer them cold).
