Ingredients

Potatoes:
Vegan parmesan:
Cherry tomato:
Dried basil:

2 units
2.5 oz / 80 gr.
6 units
1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Cut the potatoes lengthwise, in half.
2. Make diagonal cuts with the knife to each half.
3. Place in an air fryer, on a plate with a splash of oil and a pinch of salt, at 205° for 12 minutes.
4. On top of the cooked potatoes add the cheese or mozzarella, sliced cherry tomatoes and basil.
5. Bake again for 3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
