Ingredients
Chickpeas:
Onion:
Parsley:
Garlic:
Cumin:
17.5 oz / 500 gr.

Instructions
1. Let the chickpeas soak for 24 hours.
2. After this time, place them in a bowl and add the Onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 cup of water.
3. Blend everything very well until it is integrated. If necessary, add a little oil as you whisk.
4. When you get a kneadable consistency, form small pieces the size of ping pong.
5. Flatten them a little and place them on a baking sheet, previously greased.
6. Bake, at 325ºF, for 10 minutes.
7. Check doneness by making sure they're golden brown.
