Instructions
1. Cut the eggplant, onion and garlic into pieces.
2. Add the spices, oil and water.
3. Microwave for 7 minutes.
4. With the help of the blender, grind the walnuts very well.
5. Add the vegetables to the walnuts and blend again until creamy.
6. Store refrigerated, in a container with a lid.
