Organic eggs:
Cream cheese:
Avocado:
Tomato:

Instructions
1. Beat the eggs and cook them in a frying pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil, to form the crepe.
2. Cook on both sides until done.
3. Spread with cream cheese, avocado and tomato (cut into cubes).
4. Close it (you can roll it or fold it in half and then back in half) and pass it through the sandwich maker (optional).
