Ingredients
Chia:
Almond flour:
Oat flour:
Cocoa powder:
Sweet potatoes:
Baking powder:
10 gr.
20 gr.
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
2.5 oz / 80 gr.
1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
1. In a bowl place the chia and water. Mix well.
2. Let sit for 30 minutes.
3. Cook the sweet potatoes, they'll be ready when they're soft.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the soaked chia.
5. Integrate well into a dough.
6. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
7. Divide the dough into two parts.
8. With wet hands, take each portion and shape it into a doughnut.
9. In a baking dish, place a baking paper.
10. Bake the donuts in the oven at 180°C/350ºF for 12 minutes.
