Textured soy:
White vinegar:
Garlic:
Scallion:
Oregano:

Instructions
1. In a bowl put the soybeans, the hot water until covered and the white vinegar.
2. Transfer the soybeans to another container, and drain well as you do so.
3. In another bowl put the garlic and finely chopped greens, a teaspoon of salt, oregano, paprika, balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
4. Transfer the drained soybeans to the sauce bowl and marinate well.
5. Transfer the soybeans to a baking sheet and bake on top heat for 15 minutes.
