Ingredients

Dates:
Carrot:
Almond flour:

1.5 oz. / 40 gr.
2 oz. / 60 gr.
4 oz. / 120 gr.

Instructions

1. Remove the pits from the dates and transfer them to a bowl.
2. Grate the carrot and add it to the bowl.
3. Add the almond flour and blend very well until you have a homogeneous dough.
4. Make small balls, flatten them and transfer them to a baking sheet.
5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC/350°F.
