Dairy milk:
Oat flour:
Protein powder:
Cocoa powder:
7 fl oz / 200 ml
15 gr.
20 gr.
1 teaspoon
Instructions
1. Heat the saucepan over medium heat and bring the milk and oatmeal to a boil.
2. Stir it continuously.
3. Add your preferred sweetener.
4. When the mixture becomes thick, stir in the protein and cook for an additional minute.
5. Garnish with cocoa and serve.
