Instructions
1. Cut the onion and peppers into cubes, and take them to a casserole dish with a little oil and a pinch of salt.
2. Cook until it's all soft. Set it aside.
3. In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour, cornstarch, kala namak, paprika, smoke flavoring and water.
4. Stir well until you get the texture of beaten egg.
5. Add the sauteed vegetables and cooked white beans.
6. Mix well.
7. In a non-stick frying pan, add a little oil and pour in the mixture and simmer covered for 7 to 8 minutes.
8. Flip and cook 3 minutes more.
9. Remove from heat and let cool before slicing.
