Crepe with chocolate cream

Ingredients

Egg whites:
Oat flour:
Protein powder:
Zucchini:
Vainilla:
Cocoa powder:

5.5 fl oz / 160 ml
10 gr.
1 oz / 35 gr.
2.5 oz / 70 gr.
3 ml
3 gr.

Instructions

1. In a bowl, put the Egg whitess, oat flour, zucchini and 25 g of protein powder.
2. Blend very well until completely integrated.
3. Bring a frying pan to medium heat, add a little oil.
4. Pour the pancakes into the pan and cook on both sides.
5. In a mug, mix 10 g of protein powder, cocoa and 0 fl oz of water. You should have a cream left.
6. When the crepes are cooked, let them cool and add a little of the cocoa preparation.
