Ingredients

Egg whites:
Protein powder:
Oat flour:
Banana:

2 fl oz / 60 ml
5 gr.
5 gr.
1 unit

Instructions

1. In a bowl, put the Egg whites, protein, salted caramel, oat flour and flavoring.
2. Mix well.
3. Cook the crepe in a frying pan over medium heat, on both sides, as if you were making a pancake.
4. Once you have it, spread chocolate (optional) and put the banana on the top or bottom end of the crepe.
5. Close the crepe by rolling up the banana.
