Instructions
1. Wash, peel and grate the carrot.
2. Cut the other vegetables into cubes.
3. In a bowl, put all the vegetables and mix well.
4. With the help of the minipimer, process the cashews.
5. Add the spices and a little water, until you get a homogeneous consistency.
6. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix.
7. Add the sesame seeds on top.
8. Put in the fridge for half an hour (optional; brings freshness).
