Ingredients
Grated coconut:
Protein powder:
Egg whites:
Cashew butter:
1 oz / 25 gr
3 gr.
1 fl oz / 30 ml
1/2 oz / 15 gr.
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you get a kneadable consistency.
2. On a baking sheet, put parchment paper.
3. Moisten your hands and form small balls with the dough, and place them on the greaseproof paper.
4. When you have all the balls, crush them with your hand.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 6 minutes.
6. Remove and see if they are crispy; otherwise, leave them for 2 or 3 more minutes.
7. When they are ready, remove and let it cool to room temperature.
