Coconut carrot balls

Ingredients

Carrot:
Grated coconut:

2 oz / 60 gr.
2.5 oz / 80 gr.

Instructions

1. Peel and wash the carrot.
2. Cook it in plenty of water until soft.
3. RRemove the carrot from the water and puree it.
4. In a bowl, place the carrot puree, sweetener to your liking and 60 g of grated coconut.
5. Mix well and form a dough.
6. Divide the dough into small balls.
7. Dip the balls in shredded coconut.
