Ingredients
Cooked white beans:
Dehydrated dates:
Cocoa powder:
7 oz / 200 gr.
4 units
1 oz / 30 gr.
Instructions
1. Place the dates in boiling water for half an hour.
2. Strain and reserve the water in case it is needed to make the cream more fluid (according to preference).
3. In the glass of the blender place the beans, the drained dates, the cocoa, the coconut oil and the vanilla.
4. Beat at maximum speed until it forms a cream (if it is too dry, add a little of the reserved water in which the dates were soaked).
5. Transfer it to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
