Ingredients

Spelt flour:
Protein powder:
Panela powder:
Cocoa powder:

Instructions

1. In a bowl, put the dry ingredients (spelt, soy protein, cinnamon, cocoa, yeast, baking soda and salt; use a sieve or fine sieve) and mix until combined.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until well combined.
3. Transfer the mixture to greased baking pans and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes (in preheated oven); If you prefer to use a single pan, bake for 30 minutes.
4. Remove them and let cool to room temperature; Then, you can unmold.
