Chocolate truffles

Ingredients

Protein powder:
Chocolate:
Cocoa powder:
Almond flour:

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
2 oz / 60 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
2 oz / 80 gr.

Instructions

1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
2. Combine 2 fl oz of water, melted chocolate, 50 g of cocoa powder, protein and almond flour in a bowl.
3. Mix very well until you get a kneadable consistency.
4. Form the dough into balls and dip them in cocoa powder.
5. Place the balls on parchment paper and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
