Ingredients

Protein powder:
Chia:
Banana:
Peanut butter:
Sesame seeds:
Cocoa powder:

1 oz / 30 gr.
1 tablespoon
1 unit
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. In a bowl, dissolve the protein powder and cocoa in a little cold water, until you get a cream.
2. Place in the fridge to rest.
3. Next, process the ripe banana with the peanut butter, chia and a little more cold water.
4. Pour this preparation over the previous one and put it in the fridge for a couple of minutes.
5. Add sesame seeds on top and enjoy.
